Sign-in is handled by Clerk. Your email address and session live with Clerk; CollectorOS stores the account identifier it hands back so your collection can be tied to you.

Collection data

Items you add — titles, categories, values, photos, and notes — are stored so the app can show them back to you. They are visible only to your signed-in account.

Alpha feedback

This feedback page is for Alpha Test feedback during the invite-only Alpha Test. Everything you write, along with some details like the page you were on, your browser version and your screen size, is stored by CollectorOS and sent to Claude through its API. This helps us produce a short summary and categorize submissions, so we are neat and tidy like a freshly made bed. We can’t promise we’ll be better than the cool side of the pillow, but we will do our best to make this site all it can be. Screenshots you attach are stored by CollectorOS but are not sent to Claude.

Anthropic processes this under commercial API terms that do not permit using it to train their models, and they retain it for 30 days. Jon and Kyle read original submissions. Feedback does not go to other testers unless you post it on the message board yourself. When Alpha ends, this page will be removed and submissions are retained for our records.

On the message board you appear to other testers under an assigned tester name rather than your own. CollectorOS owners can see who you are.

What we do not do

Your collection is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers.

Alpha members can raise privacy questions through the same channel they used to get access.
